What makes an estimate accurate
The visit does most of the work, but a good description shapes it. The useful details, roughly in order:
- What sits under and around the tree — roof, fence, pool, garden, wires, the neighbor’s property.
- Its condition: healthy, thinning, or plainly dead, and how long it has looked that way.
- Its size, by comparison rather than guesswork — level with the roofline, twice the height of the house.
- How a crew would reach it, and anything buried nearby you know about if stump grinding is on the list.

After the request arrives
You’ll hear from us by the next business day at the latest. A short call fills in whatever the form didn’t cover, and then we schedule the visit — which can happen while you’re at work if the yard is accessible. Mention pets and gate codes when we talk.
The estimate itself arrives itemized — every tree, every stump, every option on its own line — with no obligation attached. The figure holds while you think it over.
