Harlinsdale Tree Co (615) 813-4751

Our privacy answers.

Four questions cover everything this small company does with information. Here they are, answered directly.

What do you collect about me?

Only what the estimate form asks: who you are, the number to call back, where the tree stands, and what you want done. Those four things exist so we can return the call, make the visit, and write the estimate — and that is where their use ends. Nothing is sold, nothing is traded, and no marketing list anywhere gains your name because you asked us about a tree.

Are calls recorded?

Sometimes, and here is the legal footing first: Tennessee’s wiretap statute (T.C.A. § 39-13-601) makes a recording lawful with the consent of just one side of the conversation — and we consent to recording our own business calls. The point is accuracy — which tree, which limbs, which gate — and a text version of a call may be kept for the same reason. Prefer an unrecorded call? Ask at the start and you’ll have one; the conversation works fine either way.

Does this website track me?

No. These are static pages with no analytics, no ad pixels, and no cookies set by us. The company hosting the site and the carrier routing our phone line keep the routine connection logs every such provider keeps, governed by their own policies — that traffic plumbing is the extent of it.

Can my details be corrected or deleted?

Yes, with one phone call to (615) 813-4751. Wrong number in our notes, or a request to erase what you sent entirely — ask, and it is done.
